Complaints resolution is our core business and with 22 years' experience, we are leaders in the field. We offer a high quality dispute resolution service for over 4,000 Participants and their customers. Our core role is to resolve complaints, but working with Participants to prevent future complaints is just as important.

The IFSO Scheme is an approved dispute resolution scheme under the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008. 

The Act requires all financial service providers to be registered on the Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR); and to belong to an approved dispute resolution scheme.

Our Participants provide insurance and financial services for potentially more than a million customers.  While many Participants will never have a complaint formally investigated, belonging to an approved dispute resolution service helps to protect and guide the industry and customers.

We provide support, guidance and professional development opportunities for our Participants, so issues can be avoided and business practices can improve. IFSO Webinars and other training events are available throughout the year.
